朝のやさしいスープ（大麦炒り粉のスープ）を
飲みながらお姉さんと話したのは、
「競争」と「無常」のこと

その後、お姉さんと文化を継承する歌の会へ
先等やリーダーの言葉、有名な伝統民謡、
歌手であるお姉さんの歌声が響く

お昼に食べた肉うどんは、
この1ヶ月で最後の一杯になるとは、その時は知らなかった

3500mの高地の空気にまだまだ体は慣れないけれど、
日常の中にある優しさに、少しずつ呼吸が合っていく

呼吸と共に、日々、自分に戻るような感覚

小さな断片をつなぎ合わせた記録です。

[ Songs and Noodles ]

Over a gentle morning soup (roasted barley flour),
Sister and I talked about competition and impermanence.

Later, we went together to a gathering that carries on the culture—
words from elders and leaders, a famous traditional folk song,
and Sister’s own voice as a singer filling the hall.

The bowl of meat noodles I had at lunch—
I didn’t know then it would be the last one for the month.

At 3,500 meters, my body still struggles with the thin air,
but little by little, my breath falls into rhythm
with the quiet kindness woven into everyday life.

With each breath, I feel as if I am returning to myself.

This is a record, pieced together from small fragments.
